    CEO

    Clément Nouvel previously served as CTO of Valeo’s LiDAR organization, where he spent nearly a decade advancing automotive sensing. At Valeo, he led initiatives spanning Business Development, R&D, and production. He brings deep technical and operational insight to help reshape the future of active sensing.

    Steven received his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell, and was a visiting researcher at Columbia University’s Lipson Nanophotonics Group prior to co-founding Voyant. Steven drives the technical development of our core IP.

    Chris, Voyant’s tech visionary, has been focused on commercializing his research on nanooptics for years. He received his PhD from Cornell, and was then a visiting researcher at Columbia University’s Lipson Nanophotonics Group for more than three years prior to founding Voyant.

    With over 20 years of experience in the automotive and ADAS industries, Clement has held leadership positions at leading Tier 1 OEM suppliers, including Continental, Valeo, and Johnson Electric. Most recently, Clement served as VP of Sales at prominent LiDAR companies Ouster and Aeva.

    VP, PHOTONICS SYSTEMS

    Lawrence is adept in multiple engineering disciplines including LiDAR and radar imaging systems, photonics, optics, and semiconductors. For nearly a decade he has specialized in bringing sensor technology to market.

    PACKAGING

    Sean has developed advanced packaging solutions for high reliability electronic products in the medical and aerospace industries for 20 years. He focuses on assembly processes and reliability requirements to bridge new technology and high volume production.

  • Carlos Bhola

    EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

    Carlos successfully founded and invested in multiple tech startups. He was introduced to LiDAR when he led the $2.5B acquisition of HERE Maps with Audi/VW, BMW and Mercedes. He was previously a prominent tech investment banker, management consultant and engineer.
